Instructions For Authors

Author(s) must follow the instructions while preparing a manuscript(s) for submissions in The Journal of Educational Paradigms:

Structure

The manuscript should be structured as follows;

Title page, abstract, keywords, JEL codes, introduction, problem statement, novelty, critical review of literature, research methods and materials, analysis, findings, discussions, conclusions, and references. Manuscripts should disclose acknowledgements, conflict of interest, research funding and grants, annexures (as applicable). All the tables and figures with appropriate captions and sources should be given in annexure.

Word Limits

Authors are requested to ensure the word limit for The Journal of Educational Paradigms

  • Abstract: should be from 200 to 250 words
  • Manuscript: should be no more than 6000 words including references and annexures.

Style Guidelines

  • All manuscripts should follow the American English spelling style throughout manuscript writing.
  • Manuscripts should be in font style Times New Roman and font size 12.
  • Manuscripts should be a 1-inch margin from each side and single line space.
  • Keywords minimum limit is five (except a book review)
  • All the tables and figures should be as per APA referencing style.
  • All the supplementary material including dataset (as applicable) should be attached separately.
  • All the submissions should include a cover letter.
  • All the book reviews must provide the following information; Book title, author(s) name, ISBN number, publisher, volume, issue, edition, and city.
  • The book review process includes an editorial desk, expert from academia and double-blind peer review.
  • Manuscripts are acceptable only in Word format.

References

  • All the references including inline and references list should be as per APA guidelines.

Plagiarism Detection

The Journal of Educational Paradigms use Turnitin software for the detection of plagiarism.

Use of third-party material(s)

All the necessary permissions must be obtained by the author(s) before reusing the material of the third party. By submitting a manuscript(s) author(s) are in agreement with JEP they obtained all the necessary permissions. The Journal of Educational Paradigms supports the STM guidelines for permissions for using third-party material. For more information click here.

Submission and Publication Charges

There are no processing and publication charges for this journal.

Open Access Policy

The Journal of Educational Paradigms follows the open access policy of DOAJ and OASPA under which authors hold the copyrights for his/her work without any restrictions.
